Adam Bartholomew racked up one point to lead the Uxbridge Bruins to a 2-1 victory over the Lakefield Chiefs.

Uxbridge also got a goal from Jarett Smith as well. Other players who recorded assists for Uxbridge were Daryl Thomson, Shane Smith, Marco Mastrangelo, and Tyson Eastgate, who contributed one each.

Lakefield did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Chiefs put an average of 4.7 pucks into the net per game. Lakefield's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as the Chiefs finished with 28 penalty minutes.

Lakefield was led by Patrick Young, who scored the team's only goal. Young scored on the power play 10:27 into the first period to make the score 1-1. The Chiefs had gained a power play chance when Alex Siblock was whistled for slashing. Travis Brault assisted on the tally.

Brandon Francey made 22 saves for Uxbridge on 23 shots. The Bruins incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Zach Wainman recorded 25 saves for Lakefield. The Chiefs registered one goal on four power play opportunities.
