The Clarington Eagles had trouble finding ways to stop the Uxbridge Bruins, which beat Eagles, 5-2.

Marco Mastrangelo had two goals to lead Uxbridge to victory. Mastrangelo's tallies came on the power play at 16:00 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Uxbridge and 5:07 into the third to make the score 5-2 Uxbridge.

Clarington was helped by Colin Weston, who registered one goal. Weston scored 6:35 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Brodie Myers picked up the assist. Brad Down also scored for Clarington. In addition, Clarington received assists from Dylan Howorko, who had one.

Brandon Francey made 24 saves for Uxbridge on 26 shots. The Bruins incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors. Connor Visca rejected 23 shots on goal for the Eagles.
