Lucas Clark gave the Port Perry Mojacks a 5-4 (OT) victory over the Clarington Eagles when he scored 2:33 into the extra period. Clark was all over the ice for Port Perry, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Clark scored the first of his two goals at 7:18 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Port Perry. Clark's next tally made the score 5-4 Port Perry with 17:27 left in overtime. Cole Murray assisted on the tally. Clarington was unable to stop the Mojacks from sending pucks towards the net, and Port Perry eventually piled up 46 shots on goal. The Mojacks' penalty kill was ineffective, and let in two goals to the Eagles' power play unit. Port Perry also got points from Kyle Schweda, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Port Perry also had goals scored by Eric MacDonald and Jeff St. Pierre, who each put in one. More assists for Port Perry came via Liam Schweda, who had one and Konrad Piorkowski, who had two. Clarington's offense rang up 36 shots on Port Perry's net. The Eagles were led by Brodie Myers, who grabbed three goals. Jarod Hollister also scored for Clarington. In addition, Clarington received assists from Brad Down, who had two and Mitchell Marchbank, Mackenzie Morissette, Brent Hambly, and Joe Lamanna, who each chipped in one. Blake Shaw recorded 32 saves for the Mojacks. Port Perry incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Clarington's Max Tjin stopped 41 shots out of the 46 that he faced. The Eagles incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
