The Oakville Blades almost clawed their way back from a three-goal deficit, but the St. Michaels Buzzers managed to pull out a 4-2 win in the end.

St. Michaels led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when the Buzzers' Luca Doctor scored on the power play at 1:52 in the third period to put St. Michaels up 3-0.

The Buzzers were led by Anthony Filoso, who tallied one goal. Filoso scored 12:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 St. Michaels. Noah Jordan assisted on the tally.

In a losing effort, Oakville was led by Matthew Lippa, who had two goals. Lippa scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 7:29 into the third period to make the score 3-1 St. Michaels. A hooking penalty on Matt Pepler had put the Blades on the power play. Kamil Tkaczuk provided the assist. Lippa's next tally on the power play made the score 3-2 St. Michaels with 1:56 left in the third period. Oakville had gotten the advantage when St. Michaels' Doctor was sent off for unsportsmanlike conduct. Ross Sloan picked up the assist.
