Mcgroarty lifts Toronto Bulldogs over BC Junior Canucks, 6-0

Rutger Mcgroarty had two goals to lead Toronto Bulldogs to a 6-0 victory over BC Junior Canucks.

Mcgroarty scored at 3:14 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Toronto Bulldogs and again at 14:51 into the third to make the score 6-0 Toronto Bulldogs.

 

Toronto Bulldogs additionally got points from Michael Lastarza, who also had one goal and one assist, Kocha Delic, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Hunter Haight, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Jacob Leblanc also scored for Toronto Bulldogs. More assists for Toronto Bulldogs came via Ryan Langille, who had two and David Brandes, Charlie Gollob, and Isaiah George, who each chipped in one.

BC Junior Canucks did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting eight shots on net to force eight saves.

Rowan Kimens made eight saves for Toronto Bulldogs on eight shots for the shutout. Toronto Bulldogs avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. BC Junior Canucks' Ronin Geraghty stopped 18 shots out of the 24 that he faced. BC Junior Canucks ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
