Colin Furlong made 28 saves to complete the shutout and led the Caledonia Corvairs to a 3-0 win against the St. Catharines Falcons. The win by Caledonia broke a deadlock and gave the Corvairs a 2-1 advantage in the best of seven series. St. Catharines' power play was ineffective against Caledonia's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded. The Corvairs were paced by Jake Brown, who had one goal. Brown scored on the power play 12:53 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Caledonia. Caledonia had gotten the advantage when the Falcons' Yanni Rallis was sent off for roughing after whistle. Connor Murphy provided the assist. The Corvairs stifled St. Catharines' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Falcons were unable to stop Caledonia from sending pucks towards the net, and the Corvairs eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. Knick Dawe rejected 28 shots on goal for St. Catharines. The Falcons incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
