Team OMHA Black took the lead against Team NOHA in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 2-0 victory.

A goal 11:23 into the first period by Nicholas Prestia proved to be the game winner, and powered Team OMHA Black to the victory. Cameron Searles assisted on the tally.

Team OMHA Black was led by Prestia, who finished with one goal.

Team OMHA Black put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Team NOHA to score on any of its four power plays. Team NOHA was unable to stop Team OMHA Black from sending pucks towards the net, and Team OMHA Black eventually piled up 34 shots on goal.

Team OMHA Black also got a goal from Nicholas Caamano as well. More assists for Team OMHA Black came via Matthew Timms and Kyle Langdon, who contributed one each.

Team NOHA did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting 13 shots on net to force 13 saves.
