Hince leads Knoxville to shutout victory over Pensacola

Bryan Hince was superb between the pipes for the Knoxville Ice Bears, as he did not allow a goal in a 2-0 victory over the Pensacola Ice Flyers.

After the loss made the series score 1-0 in the best of three series, Pensacola faces elimination next time out.

Knoxville was paced by Ben Souders, who tallied one goal. Souders scored 11:33 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Knoxville. Corey Fulton assisted on the tally.

Knoxville also got a goal from David Segal as well. More assists for Knoxville came via Brad Pawlowski and Francis Drolet, who each chipped in one.

The Ice Bears were unable to stop the Ice Flyers from sending pucks towards the net, and Pensacola eventually piled up 51 shots on goal.

The Ice Flyers were led by Adam Pawlick, who took eight shots.

Knoxville's Hince stopped 51 shots out of the 51 that he faced. The Ice Bears incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Ross MacKinnon rejected 23 shots on goal for Pensacola. The Ice Flyers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
