Texas erases deficit to stun Ogden Mustangs, 3-2

Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, Texas battled back to claim a 3-2 victory over Ogden Mustangs.

Texas never led in the game until netting the game winner. Texas trailed 2-0 after a power play goal by Ogden Mustangs' Brody Decker at 7:35 in the second period. Texas knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Eric Lewis at 14:48 in the second period. Texas netted the game winner on the power play at 8:19 in the third period on a goal by Lewis.

Texas was paced by Austin Murray, who had one goal.

Landyn Howze also scored for Texas.

Ogden Mustangs' offense operated below its season average. Ogden Mustangs puts an average of 4.2 pucks into the net per game. Ogden Mustangs forced Texas goalie Ryan Mulka to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots.
