Ryan Erickson had one point to lead the Pembroke Lumber Kings to a 5-2 victory over the Brockville Braves. After the loss made the series score 3-2 in the best of seven series, Brockville faces elimination next time out. Pembroke's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Brockville power plays. Pembroke also got points from Mark Petaccio, who also finished with one goal and two assists and Felix Chamberland, who also tallied two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Pembroke also got a goal from Kyle Shaw as well. In addition, Pembroke received assists from Sam Gleason, who had two and Colton Keuhl, Lucas Gonu, Patrice Wren, Jordan Larson, and Stephan Beauvais, who contributed one each. The Lumber Kings were unable to stop the Braves from sending pucks towards the net, and Brockville eventually piled up 35 shots on goal. The Braves were helped by Cory Wilson, who registered one goal. Wilson scored 15:59 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Sean King picked up the assist. Brett Van Stralen also scored for Brockville. More assists for Brockville came via Jack Billings, who had one. Pembroke's Darren Smith stopped 33 shots out of the 35 that he faced. The Lumber Kings incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Andrew Pikul made 24 saves for Brockville on 28 shots. The Braves incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
