Andrew McMurtrie gave the Grimsby Peach Kings a 1-0 (OT) victory over the Dunnville Jr. Mudcats when he scored 13:05 into the extra period.

After the loss made the series score 3-0 in the best of seven series, Dunnville faces elimination next time out.

Josh Astorino spearheaded the defensive effort for Grimsby, as he did not allow a puck past him and made 35 saves for the shutout. Astorino managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 1.56 prior to the game.

The Peach Kings' offense rang up 49 shots on the Jr. Mudcats' net.

More assists for Grimsby came via Cooper Nauboris and Nicholas Briggs, who each chipped in one.

Dunnville forced Grimsby goalie Astorino to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots.
