Eden Prairie survives Centennial comeback, wins 4-3

The Centennial Cougars almost clawed their way back from a three-goal deficit, but the Eden Prairie Eagles managed to pull out a 4-3 win in the end.

Eden Prairie led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when the Eagles' Michael Graham's scored at 13:23 in the first period to put Eden Prairie up 4-1.

The win gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Jack Sullivan was all over the ice for Eden Prairie, as he tallied two goals in the win. Sullivan found the back of the net 2:00 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Eden Prairie and again while 4:52 into the first to make the score 2-0 Eden Prairie.

Eden Prairie additionally got points from Marc Sullivan, who also registered one goal and one assist. More assists for Eden Prairie came via Luc Snuggerud, Colton Schmidt, and Jesse Niederer, who each chipped in one and Andy Aguilar and Jack Claeys, who contributed two a piece.

Centennial was helped by Adam Anderson, who finished with one goal and one assist. Anderson scored 14:24 into the second period to make the score 4-3 Eden Prairie. Ryner Gorowsky assisted on the tally. Centennial also got points from Gorowsky, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. #$self.jersey also scored for Centennial. In addition, Centennial received assists from Colton Berg, who had one.

The Eagles ended with no penalties and went 1-for-0 on the power play. The Cougars finished the contest with no penalties and went 0-for-0 with the man advantage.
