Jaime Grigsby finished with one point to lead WHITBY to a 4-0 victory over BARRIE.

After the loss made the series score 2-0 in the best of five series, BARRIE faces elimination next time out.

WHITBY put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow BARRIE to score on any of its three power plays. WHITBY kept BARRIE's goalie busy throughout the game, and Becka Verschuren made 33 saves on 37 shots.

WHITBY also got points from Megan Sullivan (A), who also grabbed one goal and one assist. WHITBY also got a goal from Cassidy Vinkle as well. More assists for WHITBY came via Madison Badeau and Rhyen McGill, who each chipped in one and Alana Sims and Meagan Picco, who contributed two a piece.

BARRIE's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three WHITBY power plays.

Hannah Baker rejected 17 shots on goal for WHITBY. WHITBY incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. BARRIE incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
