BURLINGTON tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but MISSISSAUGA would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 3-1. MISSISSAUGA made the score 3-0 on a goal by Caitlyn Sadowy at 13:51 in the third period, and BURLINGTON got as close as 3-1 when Jessie Rietveld scored 19:50 into the third period. The win by MISSISSAUGA clinched the best of five series at 3-0. MISSISSAUGA was led by goalie Alysia DaSilva, who finished with 28 saves while allowing one goal. Despite the solid performance, DaSilva will actually see her goals against average rise, as it stood at 0.6 entering the contest.
