BURLINGTON tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but MISSISSAUGA held on for a 3-2 victory. MISSISSAUGA took a 3-1 lead during the second period, only to have BURLINGTON storm back on a Darcy Henderson goal 19:29 into the third period to pull to one goal down. After the loss made the series score 2-0 in the best of five series, BURLINGTON faces elimination next time out. MISSISSAUGA was sparked by Nadine Edney, who had one goal. Edney scored 14:43 into the second period to make the score MISSISSAUGA. Ashley Rothon assisted on the tally. MISSISSAUGA kept BURLINGTON's goalie busy throughout the game, and EJ Milne-Price made 30 saves on 33 shots.
