The Picton Pirates' Brian Bunnett scored 27 seconds into overtime to beat the Campbellford Rebels, 3-2 (OT). The win by Picton clinched the best of seven series at 4-2. The Pirates were paced by Bunnett, who grabbed one goal. In the losing effort, Campbellford was led by Jeremiah Doherty, who finished with two goals. Doherty scored the first of his two goals at 17:51 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Campbellford. TJ Patterson provided the assist. Doherty's next tally made the score 2-1 Campbellford with 9:36 left in the second period. Jordan Boutilier picked up the assist. Picton kept the Rebels' goalie busy throughout the game, and Cole Mahoney made 49 saves on 52 shots. Others who scored for Picton included Steven Clarke and Ryan Sizer, who scored one goal each. In addition, Picton received assists from Nolan Powers and Chris Jones, who contributed one a piece. Adam Wood made 24 saves for the Pirates on 26 shots. Picton incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Campbellford incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors and had no power play opportunities.
