Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) vanquishes Boston Advantage (mm) in shootout, 4-3 (2-0 SO)

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) defeated Boston Advantage (mm) in a shootout 4-3 (2-0 SO).

The shootout featured four attempts between both teams. In addition to the clincher, Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) got a shootout goal from Ryan Wheeler.

Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) was helped by Matthew Damico, who racked up one goal. Damico scored 3:37 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm). Matthew Mazza picked up the assist. Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) also got points from Christopher Berger, who also had one goal and one assist. Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) also got a goal from Matthew Novo as well. More assists for Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) came via Michael Faso and Nicholas Alfieri, who each chipped in one.

Boston Advantage (mm) was led by Brady Gaudette, who finished with one goal and one assist. Gaudette scored 4:44 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Harrison Piper assisted on the tally. Others who scored for Boston Advantage (mm) included Joe Nagle and Charlie Davis, who scored one goal each. In addition, Boston Advantage (mm) received assists from Seamus Pecararo and Brett Parker, who contributed one a piece.

Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play. Boston Advantage (mm) avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays.
