The Glanbrook Rangers rallied from five goals down to secure a 9-8 win over the Dunnville Jr. Mudcats. Glanbrook never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Rangers fell behind 7-2 after a goal by Dunnville's Bret Golding at 7:57 in the second period. Glanbrook knotted things up at 8-8 on a goal by Brad Parish at 15:11 in the third period. The Rangers got the game winner on the power play at 19:13 in the third period on a goal by Parish. The win moved Glanbrook to down 2-1 in the best of seven series. The Jr. Mudcats were unable to stop the Rangers from sending pucks towards the net, and Glanbrook eventually piled up 37 shots on goal. Glanbrook also got points from Curtis Edwards, who also tallied one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. Glanbrook also had goals scored by Kyle Dumais, who had two and Chris Haigh, Derek Vanenberg, and Brandon Elliot, who scored one goal each. In addition, Glanbrook received assists from Jay Creen, who had two and Anthony Whitwell, Nicolas Kuiper, Keifer MacInness, and Cole Anderson, who each chipped in one. Dunnville forced the Rangers goalie Matthew Venturelli to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.
