Colorado Rampage (mm) beats Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (mm) 7-2 as Vanderbeck gets hat trick

Andrew Vanderbeck netted a hat trick to lead Colorado Rampage (mm) over Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (mm), 7-2.

Vanderbeck notched his first tally 3:59 into the first period. He then added goals at 17:14 into the second and at 6:22 into the third.

Colorado Rampage (mm) pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 10 penalty minutes.

Colorado Rampage (mm) forced Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (mm)'s goaltenders to work without much rest, finishing with 36 shots and forcing 29 saves. Erich Valania made 25 stops and Zach Hanson made four. Colorado Rampage (mm) excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances. Colorado Rampage (mm) outdid its season average for goals scored. Colorado Rampage (mm) averages 2.9 goals per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Colorado Rampage (mm) also got points from Alex Truscott, who also registered one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Colorado Rampage (mm) included Bo Hanson, Jack Venuto, and Josh Fiegl, who scored one goal each.
