Gustafsson stymies Yellowstone, Glacier wins 2-1

Pierre Gustafsson stood on his head and made 40 saves to lead Glacier to a 2-1 victory over the Yellowstone Quake.

Glacier was led by Karson Frisk, who finished with one goal. Frisk scored 6:32 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Glacier. Tanner Dodd assisted on the tally.

Glacier stifled Yellowstone's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Glacier also got a goal from Tyler Latimer as well. Other players who recorded assists for Glacier were Brett Fernandez and Padraic Ripple, who each chipped in one.

The Quake's offense rang up 41 shots on Glacier's net.

Yellowstone was led by Trent Carter, who scored the team's only goal. Carter scored 4:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Yellowstone. James Pyle picked up the assist.

Glacier incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Sean Leahy rejected 27 shots on goal for the Quake. Yellowstone incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
