Vaughn Clouston was all over the ice for Traverse City Hounds, as he tallied two goals in Traverse City Hounds' 5-2 win over Bloomington Jr Blaze. Clouston scored at 5:08 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Traverse City Hounds and again while 15:41 into the third to make the score 5-2 Traverse City Hounds.Traverse City Hounds kept Bloomington Jr Blaze's goalie busy throughout the game, and Paul Stomper made 41 saves on 46 shots. Traverse City Hounds also got a goal from Jacob Gillis as well. More assists for Traverse City Hounds came via Premysl Synek, who had two and Kevin Miloser, Patrick Rogowski, Grant McCormack, and Kenneth Simmons Jr, who contributed one a piece. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.
