Behind a great game by Vladislav Khasanov, who had two goals and two assists, Alpena Street Cats defeated Michigan Ice Dogs, 5-2.

Khasanov's tallies came at 12:57 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Alpena Street Cats and on the power play 1:51 into the second to make the score 3-0 Alpena Street Cats.

Alpena Street Cats pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 31 penalty minutes.
