Behind a great game by Nolan Jakrzewski, who had one goal and two assists, Detroit Fighting Irish defeated Berkley Bruins, 5-1. Jakrzewski beat Kory Dombrowski with a shot 19:26 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Detroit Fighting Irish. Jakrzewski dished an assist on James Smith's goal that made the score 1-0 Detroit Fighting Irish at 5:23 into the first period.
