A stellar performance between the pipes by David Krejcik helped Traverse City Hounds defeat Bloomington Jr Blaze, 4-1. Traverse City Hounds' penalty kill excelled, as Traverse City Hounds gave up one goal despite allowing nine power plays. Traverse City Hounds was led by Cam Fisher, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Fisher scored 15:48 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Traverse City Hounds.
