Alysia DaSilva made 25 saves to complete the shutout and led MISSISSAUGA to a 4-0 win against ETOBICOKE. ETOBICOKE's power play was ineffective against MISSISSAUGA's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded. MISSISSAUGA stifled ETOBICOKE's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. ETOBICOKE was unable to stop MISSISSAUGA from sending pucks towards the net, and MISSISSAUGA eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. MISSISSAUGA found itself short handed often, totaling 18 penalty minutes and allowing six power plays. MISSISSAUGA was led by Lindsay Agnew, who had one goal and one assist. Agnew scored 5:31 into the first period to make the score 1-0 MISSISSAUGA. MISSISSAUGA also got points from Stephanie Sucharda, who also registered one goal and one assist and Alex Rodriguez, who also racked up one goal and one assist.
