TORONTO and MISSISSAUGA skate to 3-3 (OT) tie

MISSISSAUGA found itself down againt TORONTO, but battled back to secure to a 3-3 (OT) tie.

TORONTO forced MISSISSAUGA goalie Alysia DaSilva to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

TORONTO was helped by Amanda Pantaleo, who tallied one goal. Pantaleo scored 12:21 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Breanne Wilson-Bennett assisted on the tally. Jessie Eldridge also scored for TORONTO. More assists for TORONTO came via MacKenzie MacNeil, Jessica Gazzola, Connor Galway (PU), and Cora Constantinou, who contributed one a piece.

MISSISSAUGA stifled TORONTO's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

MISSISSAUGA was led by Victoria Bach, who registered three goals. In addition, MISSISSAUGA received assists from Stephanie Sucharda, Ashley Rothon, and Ainsley MacMillan, who each chipped in one.

Brynna Kerr made 26 saves for TORONTO on 29 shots. TORONTO incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. MISSISSAUGA's DaSilva stopped 31 shots out of the 34 that she faced. MISSISSAUGA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
