Glacier relied on the scoring touch of John Tesarek, who netted two goals, to beat the Bozeman Icedogs, 7-3.

Tesarek scored on the power play at 15:35 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Glacier and again while 3:10 into the third to make the score 4-3 Glacier.

Glacier kept Bozeman's goalie busy throughout the game, and Chance Turner made 46 saves on 53 shots. Glacier's goal total was higher than its season average. Glacier has scored at the pace of 2.9 goals per game during the current campaign.

Austin Givens also scored for Glacier. In addition, Glacier received assists from Tanner Dodd, Brett Fernandez, Austin Svingen, and Karson Frisk, who each chipped in one and Chris Cutshall, Tucker Spooner, Adam Dalton, Paul Kinder, and Jonas Svehn, who contributed two a piece.

The Icedogs forced Glacier goalie Pierre Gustafsson to work between the pipes, taking 40 shots. Bozeman struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 34 penalty minutes for six opposing power plays.

The Icedogs were led by Gunnar Mogck, who grabbed two goals. Mogck scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 11:54 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Bozeman earned a power play opportunity when Padraic Ripple was put in the box for tripping. Garret Bryan picked up the assist. Mogck's next tally on the power play made the score 3-2 Bozeman with 7:38 left in the second period. The Icedogs had taken the advantage when Glacier's Jackson Schroeder got sent off for interference. Jason Demczak provided the assist. Bozeman also got a goal from Steven Nisbet as well. Other players who recorded assists for Bozeman were Jake Nicks, Frank Sabato, and Ryan Erickson, who each chipped in one.

Glacier's Gustafsson stopped 37 shots out of the 40 that he faced. Glacier incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Bozeman registered three goals on seven power play opportunities.
