Cody Phillips lifted the Billings Bulls to a 10-1 victory with a hat trick against Glacier. Phillips got on the scoresheet 10:27 into the first period. He then added goals at 18:33 into the second and at 1:39 into the third.Billings led by only one goal at the end of the first period, but put the game away by scoring four goals in the second. The Bulls were led by goalie Daniel Oordt, who finished with 29 saves while allowing one goal. Oordt certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.12 entering the contest. Billings made Glacier's goalies to work without much rest, totaling 51 shots and forcing 41 saves. Pierre Gustafsson made 35 stops and Ethan Wiese made six. The Bulls bested their season scoring average. This season, Billings averages 3.1 goals per contest. The defensemen of the Bulls were also effective in Glacier's zone, and came away with two goals. Billings additionally got points from Stephen Thompson, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Bryce Jensen, who also registered one goal and two assists. Matt Myers also scored for Billings.
