Glacier completes comeback, beats Yellowstone, 4-2

Glacier rallied from two goals down to secure a 4-2 win over the Yellowstone Quake.

Glacier never led in the game until netting the game winner. Glacier fell behind 2-0 after a goal by Yellowstone's Mitchell Fehd at 14:17 in the first period. Glacier knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Chris Cutshall at 12:50 in the third period. Glacier netted the game winner at 19:13 in the third period on a goal by Cutshall.

Cutshall had two goals to lead Glacier to victory.

Glacier put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow the Quake to score on any of their three power plays. Glacier forced Yellowstone goalie Sean Leahy to work between the pipes, taking 48 shots.

Glacier additionally got points from John Tesarek, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Glacier also got a goal from Jackson Schroeder as well. Other players who recorded assists for Glacier were Padraic Ripple, who had one and Tanner Dodd and Tyler Latimer, who each chipped in two.

The Quake's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on nine Glacier power plays. Yellowstone kept Glacier's goalie busy throughout the game, and Ethan Wiese made 44 saves on 46 shots.

Glacier incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. The Quake's Leahy stopped 44 shots out of the 47 that he faced. Yellowstone incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors.
