The Great Falls Americans pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over the Yellowstone Quake on a clutch goal by Aaron McInnis. Great Falls came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Americans was down 2-0 after a goal by Yellowstone's Sawyer Scanlan at 9:14 in the second period. Great Falls knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Mike McCullen at 15:01 in the third period. The Americans got the win on the strength of a great game by McInnis, who had one goal and two assists. McInnis scored 4:38 into overtime to make the score 4-3 Great Falls. Lucas Stover assisted on the tally. Great Falls stifled the Quake's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Americans kept Yellowstone's goalie busy throughout the game, and Sean Leahy made 45 saves on 49 shots. Great Falls additionally got points from Zachary Mese, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Cody Page also scored for Great Falls. In addition, Great Falls received assists from Lucas Lomax, who had two and Brady Christiaens and Austin Nottke, who contributed one a piece. Great Falls was unable to stop the Quake from sending pucks towards the net, and Yellowstone eventually piled up 48 shots on goal. Yellowstone also got points from Scanlan, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Yellowstone also got a goal from Josh Neumann as well. More assists for Yellowstone came via Trey Kraut, who had one and Trent Carter and Ross Mullen, who contributed two a piece. Evan Hauser rejected 45 shots on goal for the Americans. Great Falls incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. The Quake incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
