Kelley leads Gillette to shutout victory over YellowstoneCampbell County Ice Arena Fri, Oct 25, 2013 Story by Narrative Science.
The Gillette Wild used a sparkling performance by Sean Kelley to take down the Yellowstone Quake, as the netminder did not allow a goal in Gillette's 2-0 shutout victory. The Wild were led by Dalton McCann, who tallied one goal. McCann scored 2:05 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Gillette. Will Fobair provided the assist. Gillette racked up the penalties in the contest, and ended with six minors and two majors for 32 minutes in penalty time. The Wild's Kelley stopped 26 shots out of the 26 that he faced. Gillette registered zero goals on seven power play opportunities. Sean Leahy rejected 54 shots on goal for Yellowstone. The Quake ended with 23 minutes in penalty time with nine minors and one major.
