The Bozeman Icedogs could not stop the Great Falls Americans' Aaron McInnis, who tallied a hat trick in an 8-3 win. McInnis' first goal came 18:15 into the second period. He then added goals at 14:12 into the third and at 18:13 into the third.Great Falls made Icedogs' netminders to work without much rest, ripping 41 shots and forcing 33 saves. Chance Turner made 23 stops and Nelson Navotna made 10. The Americans surpassed their usual scoring output this season.
