The Wingham Ironmen's Jamie Huber had a big offensive game, scoring four goals and contributing two assists in his team's 12-6 win over the Mount Forest Patriots.

Huber notched his first tally 14:10 into the first period. He then added goals at 14:44 into the first, at 11:07 into the second, and at 13:26 into the second.

The Wingham penalty box was a popular destination as the team totaled 11 minors and one major for 37 minutes in penalty time. The Ironmen had been averaging 20.0 minutes in penalties per game. Wingham forced Mount Forest's netminders to work between the pipes, taking 40 shots and forcing 28 saves. John Nixon made 17 stops and Cole Wardlaw made 11. The Ironmen outdid their season average for goals scored. Wingham has scored at the pace of 5.4 goals per game during the current campaign.
