Brindle leads Alliston to shutout victory over Stayner

The Alliston Hornets used a sparkling performance by Tyler Brindle to take down the Stayner Siskins, as the netminder did not allow a goal in Alliston's 1-0 shutout victory.

Mark ODonnell's game-winning tally was the game's only goal. It came at 17:15 in the second period. Andrew Ceolin assisted on the tally.

The Hornets were sparked by ODonnell, who tallied one goal.

Alliston excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Hornets did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Alliston puts an average of 4.2 pucks into the net per game.
