The Lambeth Lancers tried to dig themselves out of a three-goal hole, but the Dorchester Dolphins held on for a 5-4 victory. Dorchester took a 4-1 lead during the second period, only to have Lambeth storm back on a Trevor Daynes goal 2:51 into the third period to pull to one goal down. The Lancers were unable to stop the Dolphins from sending pucks towards the net, and Dorchester eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. The Dolphins were led by Gus Ford, who racked up three goals and one assist. Dorchester additionally got points from Shayne Rhyno, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Cale Duberry also scored for Dorchester. Other players who recorded assists for Dorchester were Brady Veroughstraete, Liam Gillooly, and Colin Hartwick, who contributed one a piece and Dylan Salter and Brendon O Shaughnessy, who each chipped in two. Lambeth gave up more goals than its normal season average. The Lancers average 2.3 goals allowed per game. Lambeth was led by Tanner Smith, who registered one goal and two assists. Smith scored on the power play 2:21 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Dorchester. The Lancers had gotten the advantage when Dorchester's Veroughstraete was sent off for roughing. Dorchester incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. JP Trudell recorded 31 saves for Lambeth. The Lancers incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
