Behind a great game by Brodie Smith, who had one goal and three assists, the Paris Mounties defeated the Tavistock Braves, 6-1.

Smith scored 49 seconds into the second period to make the score 2-0 Paris. Zach Taylor picked up the assist. Smith dished an assist on Brady Wheelans's goal that made the score 1-0 Paris at 2:57 into the first period. He then added assists on Wheelans' goal at 6:37 into the second and on Wheelans' goal at 10:36 into the second.

Paris' Zach Schompe was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 36 saves and let only one puck past him. Schompe certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.54 entering the contest.
