Brett Leppek had one point to lead the Flint Junior Generals to a 3-0 victory over the Michigan Mountain Cats.

Flint stifled Michigan's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Junior Generals kept the Mountain Cats' goalie busy throughout the game, and Kevin OShea made 53 saves on 56 shots.

Flint also had goals scored by Josh Koepplinger and Conor Durgan, who each put in one. In addition, Flint received assists from Austin Fletcher, who had two and Conner McGovern, Nicholas Gnagni, and Ryan Burr, who each chipped in one.

Andrew Wagner recorded 19 saves for Flint. The Junior Generals incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Michigan incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
