The Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-0 win over the Chicago Junior Bulldogs. Stefan Horgas had one goal and two assists to lead Cleveland. Horgas scored 7:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Cleveland. Nick Balavich provided the assist. The Jr. Lumberjacks excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Cleveland's defense was surprisingly good. The Jr. Lumberjacks average 3.0 goals allowed per game.
