Colorado Eagles rips Tulsa Jr. Oilers, 5-1

Colorado Eagles had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Tulsa Jr. Oilers.

Colorado Eagles was led by Josh Malone, who finished with one goal. Malone scored 7:41 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Colorado Eagles. Keegan Jenkins provided the assist.

Colorado Eagles excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Tulsa Jr. Oilers was unable to stop Colorado Eagles from sending pucks towards the net, and Colorado Eagles eventually piled up 53 shots on goal.

Colorado Eagles additionally got points from Kyle Arenson, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Tyrel Charlton, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Colorado Eagles also had goals scored by Nick Bucholtz and Nick Davidson, who each put in one. In addition, Colorado Eagles received assists from Jackson Wallis and Cody Dettmann, who contributed one a piece and Logan Libal and Levi Weber, who each chipped in two.
