Ontario Avalanche downs Arizona Redhawks in overtime, 4-3 (OT)Center Ice Arena Sat, Jan 18, 2014 Story by Narrative Science.
Ontario Avalanche pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over Arizona Redhawks on a clutch goal by Antoine Maillard. Ontario Avalanche overcame a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. Ontario Avalanche fell behind 2-0 after a power play goal by Arizona Redhawks' Oscar Hagborg Olsson at 6:15 in the second period. Ontario Avalanche tied things up at 3-3 on a goal by Travis Cornwell at 14:33 in the third period. Ontario Avalanche was led by Maillard, who had one goal. Maillard scored 4:48 into overtime to make the score 4-3 Ontario Avalanche. Jackson Giammona provided the assist. Ontario Avalanche's offense rang up 46 shots on Arizona Redhawks' net.
