New Mexico Renegades and Arizona Redhawks were evenly matched throughout their contest, but New Mexico Renegades made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2. Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Zach Comfort's goal in the second period proved to be the difference maker. Comfort was all over the ice for New Mexico Renegades, as he racked up two goals in the win.
