Salt Lake City Moose rolls over Tulsa Jr. Oilers, 6-0

Salt Lake City Moose had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-0 win over Tulsa Jr. Oilers.

Salt Lake City Moose was led by Hank Parra, who grabbed one goal. Parra scored 8:15 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Salt Lake City Moose. Tommy Breitfuss assisted on the tally.

Salt Lake City Moose put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Tulsa Jr. Oilers to score on any of its four power plays. Salt Lake City Moose forced Tulsa Jr. Oilers goalie Adam Salisbury to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots.

Salt Lake City Moose also got points from Pat Dwyer, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Salt Lake City Moose also had goals scored by Brett Meyer, Dan Veselovsky, Jurijs Moiseicenko, and Adam Kresl, who scored one goal each. More assists for Salt Lake City Moose came via David Barnes, Anthony Mancini, Matthew Morse, and Nick Luitgaarden, who each chipped in one and Viktors Ponatovskis and Patrick O'Bryan, who contributed two a piece.
