Salt Lake City Moose came close to giving away a five-goal lead to Southern Oregon Spartans, but did just enough to escape with a 7-5 victory.

Salt Lake City Moose led by five goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Salt Lake City Moose's Tyler Keturi's scored on the power play at 2:44 in the second period to put Salt Lake City Moose up 6-1.

Adam Kresl had two goals to lead Salt Lake City Moose to victory. Kresl found the back of the net 6:46 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Salt Lake City Moose and again while on the power play 10:38 into the first to make the score 3-1 Salt Lake City Moose.
