Brandon Mendham gave Almonte Thunder a 5-4 (OT) victory over Shawville Pontiacs when he scored 2:24 into the extra period.

Almonte Thunder came back from a three-goal deficit to capture the victory. Almonte Thunder was down 3-0 after a power play goal by Shawville Pontiacs' Dylan Scott at 8:19 in the second period. Almonte Thunder knotted things up at 4-4 on a goal by Luke Martin at 10:11 in the third period.

Almonte Thunder got the win thanks to a great game by Andrew Rowbotham, who had two goals and one assist.
