Rob Darnowski also scored for Ottawa Canadians. In addition, Ottawa Canadians received assists from Eric Ferguson, Nick Martin, and Jordan Stouros, who contributed one a piece and Nick Izgerean, Connor Devereaux, and Mitch Robertson, who each chipped in two.

Metcalfe Jets was helped by Jeremie Xatruch, who registered one goal. Xatruch scored 5:06 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Ottawa Canadians. Junau St-Germain picked up the assist. Metcalfe Jets also got a goal from Chad Robillard as well. More assists for Metcalfe Jets came via Nathan Avery, Joel Cunningham, and Matt Borkowski, who contributed one a piece.

Dominic Plaschy rejected 21 shots on goal for Ottawa Canadians. Ottawa Canadians incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with 10 minors. Dylan BrindAmour took the loss and made six saves before being replaced by Connor Hicks who made 11 saves. Metcalfe Jets incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors.
