Perth Blue Wings tried to dig itself out of a four-goal hole, but Renfrew Timberwolves held on for a 5-3 victory.

Renfrew Timberwolves made the score 5-1 on a goal by Colin Bradbury at 5:33 in the third period, and Perth Blue Wings got as close as 5-3 when Zac Rodier scored 11:58 into the third period.

Pat Dick had two goals to lead Renfrew Timberwolves to victory. Dick scored at 2:38 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Renfrew Timberwolves and again while short handed 6:33 into the second to make the score 3-1 Renfrew Timberwolves.

Renfrew Timberwolves excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.

Renfrew Timberwolves also got points from Bradbury, who also had one goal and one assist and Matt McIntyre, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Renfrew Timberwolves also got a goal from Bailey Hein as well.
