Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Arnprior Packers defeated Perth Blue Wings in a shootout 4-3 (1-0 SO).

Arnprior Packers came back from a one-goal deficit to capture the victory. Arnprior Packers fell behind 3-2 after a power play goal by Perth Blue Wings' Christian Bueti at 10:53 in the third period. Arnprior Packers knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Dallas Farr at 12:40 in the third period.

Arnprior Packers was paced by Christopher Marchand, who registered one goal. Marchand scored 8:11 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Arnprior Packers. Patrick McGrath assisted on the tally.

Perth Blue Wings was unable to stop Arnprior Packers from sending pucks towards the net, and Arnprior Packers eventually piled up 41 shots on goal. Arnprior Packers' penalty kill unit could not stop Perth Blue Wings' power play, which converted on three of five opportunities.
