Nathan Larson lifted the Lakefield Chiefs to a 9-1 victory with a hat trick against the Georgina Ice.

Larson's first goal came 1:25 into the first period. He then added goals at 11:52 into the first and at 12:43 into the second.

Lakefield's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Georgina power plays. Georgina was unable to stop the Chiefs from sending pucks towards the net, and Lakefield eventually piled up 44 shots on goal.
