Zaleski lifts Trenton over Hamilton, 4-1

Behind a great game by Jason Zaleski, who had two goals, the Trenton Golden Hawks defeated the Hamilton Red Wings, 4-1.

Zaleski found the back of the net 1:46 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Trenton and again while on the power play 7:58 into the third to make the score 3-1 Trenton.

Trenton kept Hamilton's goalie busy throughout the game, and Mark Sinclair made 38 saves on 42 shots.

Nick Boddy also scored for Trenton. In addition, Trenton received assists from Tyler Mayea, Tyler Donaldson, Danny Liscio, Chrisitian Lloyd, Tyler Sehovic, Hunter Fargey, and Brady Wiffen, who each chipped in one.

The Red Wings could not produce up to they normal offensive output. Hamilton puts an average of 4.0 pucks into the net per game.

The Red Wings were led by Nathan Gomes, who scored the team's only goal. Gomes scored 16:16 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Chance MacDonald picked up the assist.

Denny Dubblestyne made 17 saves for the Golden Hawks on 18 shots. Trenton incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Hamilton incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors.
