Hunt lifts Toronto Bulldogs over BC Junior Canucks, 3-1

Tyler Hunt had two goals to lead Toronto Bulldogs to a 3-1 victory over BC Junior Canucks.

Hunt found the back of the net 13:04 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and again while on the power play 6:15 into the third to make the score 2-1 Toronto Bulldogs.

Toronto Bulldogs put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow BC Junior Canucks to score on any of its four power plays.

Toronto Bulldogs also got a goal from Francesco Arcuri as well. In addition, Toronto Bulldogs received assists from Owain Johnston, who had two and Tyler Hotson and Brennan Ottmann, who each chipped in one.

BC Junior Canucks was led by Jake Oseen, who scored the team's only goal. Oseen scored 7:29 into the first period to make the score 1-0 BC Junior Canucks. Noah Dorey provided the assist.

Anson Thornton made 23 saves for Toronto Bulldogs on 24 shots. Toronto Bulldogs incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Mason Dunsford recorded 25 saves for BC Junior Canucks. BC Junior Canucks incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
